Todos las páginas web y las plataformas de redes sociales de Coco Pediatrics, incluyendo www.cocopediatrics.com, nuestras páginas oficiales de Facebook, Instagram, y YouTube, así como otros medios en línea oficiales en los que participamos, constituyen un servicio de información y comunicaciones en línea y un sitio de Internet (el “Servicio”) brindado por Coco Pediatrics y otras fuentes. El uso del Servicio está regido por los términos y condiciones de este Acuerdo.
Lea este Acuerdo con detenimiento antes de acceder o usar el Servicio. En este Acuerdo Coco Pediatrics, LLC, estará también denominado como “Coco Pediatrics”, “nosotros” o “nuestro”. Ningún elemento relacionado con el Servicio tiene como objetivo servir como consejo médico ni debe usarse para diagnóstico o tratamiento. Solo es válida la consulta con un profesional médico calificado. El Servicio no está destinado a crear una relación médico-paciente, ni se debe considerar una forma de reemplazo de la consulta con un profesional de la salud. USTED COMPRENDE Y ACEPTA QUE, EN NINGÚN CASO, ASUMIMOS RESPONSABILIDAD ALGUNA ANTE USTED U OTRO USUARIO DEL SERVICIO POR INDEMNIZACIONES, HONORARIOS, MULTAS, SANCIONES U OBLIGACIONES POR PÉRDIDA DE INGRESOS O DE OTRO TIPO, YA SEAN DIRECTOS, INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, RESULTANTES, ESPECIALES, EJEMPLARES, PUNITIVOS, MONETARIOS O DE OTRO TIPO, QUE SURJAN O SE RELACIONEN CON ESTE SERVICIO O CON LOS SITIOS A LOS QUE SE HAYA ACCEDIDO A TRAVÉS DEL SERVICIO, O LOS CONTENIDOS O LA INFORMACIÓN BRINDADA EN ESTE SERVICIO O A TRAVÉS DE ÉL. USTED RECONOCE Y ACEPTA QUE LA ÚNICA Y EXCLUSIVA SOLUCIÓN A SU INSATISFACCIÓN CON EL SERVICIO ES DEJAR DE USAR EL SERVICIO. SI BIEN COCO PEDIATRICS SE HA COMPROMETIDO A ASEGURARSE DE QUE LA INFORMACIÓN CONTENIDA EN ESTE SITIO SEA PRECISA, NO PODEMOS GARANTIZAR LA PRECISIÓN DE DICHA INFORMACIÓN. LA INFORMACIÓN SE PROPORCIONA SIN NINGÚN TIPO DE GARANTÍA.
No garantizamos de ninguna manera la ausencia en la página web de virus, troyanos, gusanos u otros archivos peligrosos, disruptivos o destructivos. No obstante, haremos esfuerzos razonables por evitar la presencia de dichos archivos en la página web y por eliminar estos archivos, si aparecen. Derechos de propiedad intelectual
Coco Pediatrics es el propietario de todo el contenido preparado o utilizado para el Servicio. El término “Contenido” incluye todos los textos, imágenes, archivos, videos, diseños, diagramas, escalas de color, conceptos, métodos, técnicas, procesos y datos utilizados en relación con la página, mostrados en la página o recopilados a través de ella.

Coco Pediatrics se encuentra en Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, en los Estados Unidos de América. Coco Pediatrics desconoce si el Servicio es apropiado para descargar fuera de los Estados Unidos o si, en efecto, se puede descargar fuera de los Estados Unidos. Es posible que el acceso al Servicio no sea legal para ciertas personas o en ciertos países. Si accede al Servicio desde otra jurisdicción que no sea los Estados Unidos, lo hará a su propio riesgo y será responsable del cumplimiento de las leyes de su jurisdicción.
Las siguientes cláusulas permanecerán vigentes después del vencimiento o la expiración de los presentes términos y condiciones, independientemente del motivo: Términos de uso, Jurisdicción, Exoneración de responsabilidad e Indivisibilidad del Acuerdo.

Jurisdicción
De manera expresa e irrevocable usted acepta que la jurisdicción exclusiva por cualquier disputa con Coco Pediatrics, o que se relacione de alguna manera con el uso que haga del Servicio, será en los tribunales del Gobierno de Puerto Rico. También acepta y da su consentimiento expreso al ejercicio de la jurisdicción personal en los tribunales del Gobierno de Puerto Rico en relación con cualquier disputa que implique una denuncia que involucre a Coco Pediatrics, LLC a la empresa matriz de Coco Pediatrics, sus subsidiarias, filiales, empleados, contratistas, funcionarios, directores, proveedores de telecomunicaciones o proveedores de contenidos.
Usted acepta que cualquier procedimiento legal contra Coco Pediatrics en relación con el Servicio deberá ser presentado y tratado solo en el Tribunal de Primera Instancia de Puerto Rico, Estados Unidos de América.
Estos términos de uso están regidos por las leyes aplicables del Gobierno de Puerto Rico, con independencia de que entren en conflicto con leyes o principios. Si una cláusula de los presentes términos de uso es considerada inválida por un tribunal con jurisdicción, entonces, la invalidez de dicha cláusula no afectará la validez de las demás cláusulas de los presentes términos de uso, que deberán seguir plenamente vigentes. La renuncia a alguno de estos términos de uso no deberá ser considerada una renuncia permanente a dicho término ni a otros términos o condiciones.

Indivisibilidad del Acuerdo
A menos que así lo indique un “aviso legal” particular en el Servicio, estos Términos de uso constituyen el acuerdo completo entre usted y Coco Pediatrics con respecto al uso del Servicio.

All of the Coco Pediatrics web sites and social media platforms, including www.cocopediatrics.com, our office-sanctioned Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages, and any other office-sanctioned online media in which we participate constitute an online information and communications service and internet site (the "Service") provided by Coco Pediatrics, LLC and other sources. "Content" means all text, images, files, videos, designs, layouts, color schemes, concepts, methods, techniques, process and data used in connection with, displayed on, or collected from or through the site.

Coco Pediatrics makes no claims that the Service is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Service may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. Jurisdiction
You expressly and irrevocably agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Coco Pediatrics, or in any way relating to your use of the Service resides in the courts of the Puerto Rico and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Coco Pediatrics, or Coco Pediatrics’ parent corporation, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.
You agree that any legal proceeding against Coco Pediatrics related to the Service shall be filed and tried only in the Court of Common Pleas for Puerto Rico, United States of America. Both parties hereby expressly waive any right to a jury trial in any such proceeding.
These Terms of Use are governed by the internal substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without respect to its conflict of laws or choice of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having jurisdiction, then the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
